We are Randal Engelmann and Erik Gould, [re]teamwork, partners in providing exceptional customer service.  Together we offer both buyers and sellers the highest level of [re]al estate services available in the Jamaica Plain and Chestnut Hill area.

We have been in a commited partnership together since 1992.  Originally both from Illinois, we moved to Boston in 1995 after visiting friends and falling in love with the city.  Soon after we bought our first home together in Jamaica Plain and both became [re]al estate "junkies".  We then became instrumental in getting many other friends and families to buy their first homes.  After tiring of running a wholesale and [re]tail clothing business together in Jamaica Plain and Newton, MA, Randal began selling [re]al estate full-time in 2001.  Erik joined Randal in [re]al estate sales shortly thereafter and both have been top producing agents in Jamaica Plain ever since.  We have been legally married since 2004, have 2 adorable dogs and continue to [re]side in Jamaica Plain.

We [re]cognize that buying and selling a home is as much about the people as the property. Developing strong working [re]lationships with your [re]al estate professional is an important part of buying or selling a home.  We take pride in our [re]lationships with both our clients we serve and all of the individuals we work with.  We have successfully helped hundreds of happy clients and customers in their [re]al estate transactions. 

We both are members of Greater Boston Association of REALTORS, The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS, The National Association of REALTORS, and Accredited Buyer's Representatives (ABR).
